The Roommate Resource: Student Conflict Assessment Tool:
Directions for Staff
Welcome to the staff area of The Roommate Conflict Assessment Tool. Please read
the information below as it explains how this service works, and what you need
to do to use the service.
|
 |
Getting Started: Sign-In or Setup your account
You will provide information about yourself, and select a username and password for this area of the service. This area is password protected, so only you will have access to the reports from your students. The e-mail address you provide is the address that the system will use to deliver your student assessment reports. Once your personal account is set up, you can begin inviting students to take the roommate conflict assessment survey. |
 |
Inviting Students to take the survey
Once you have set up your personal account, you are ready to invite students to take the Roommate Assessment Tool. You will provide the first and last name of the student, their hall and room number, and information on the total number of students to be assessed. The system will automatically generate a survey code, that the student will need to fill out the assessment. To make referrals to the assessment tool, you invite them electronically through an automatically generated e-mail that will be sent to your students that includes the code, along with a link to the survey tool. |
 |
Reviewing your Student Assessment Reports
Once all students in a room or suite complete the assessment tool, the system sends the results to you as the referring staff member. You will receive this information via e-mail. Use this area of the site to review reports and confirm whether your students have completed assessments. |
